Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Future Valkyrie Camp

There are no refunds available for this camp. We have a set number of spots at a very affordable rate.

Geneva Valkyrie

As a non-profit community-based program, our board and our families rely on full participation once an offer is accepted. Our policy is to keep costs as reasonable as possible. To achieve that goal, we are unable to provide refunds after the season begins with the first practice as the budgets are made based on those participation levels and would impact all players.

Road to Valhalla

GSA will make every effort to provide a full refund should no games be played across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with no more than a $50 administrative charge. If inclement weather reduces the number of games played below 3, GSA will provide partial refund associated with any reduction in cost of operation (field/umpire cancellations).
